Hacienda Grimon, Rosado 2024

Located in the foothills of the Monte Grimon mountain ranges in the heart of Rioja Alta, Hacienda Grimon have been producing exceptional Spanish wines since 1999. It's ran by brothers Paco & Eliseo, who pride themselves on only using traditional Spanish farming techniques which are centuries old, and who also only grow indigenous Spanish grape varieties in their fully organic vineyards. Bright pale salmon‑orange, this 100% Garnacha rosé is aromatic and delicate. Aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry mingle with citrus zest and floral whispers. The palate is fresh and light-bodied, with lip-smacking acidity driving vibrant red berry flavours. It finishes long and clean, beautifully balanced between fruit and savoury lift - simple, elegant, and quietly addictive.
